Speaker Bio

Stacy Foust is an aligned leadership mentor, Human Design guide, and truth-teller devoted to helping leaders return to clarity, self-trust, and authentic authority.

With more than four decades of experience in leadership, mentoring, and team development, Stacy understands the pressure leaders face to perform, produce, and carry responsibility without losing themselves in the process.

Her work bridges lived leadership experience with the insight of Human Design and embodied leadership practices. Through this lens, she helps leaders understand how they are designed to make decisions, hold presence, and influence culture with clarity rather than force.

Every team is made up of individuals who communicate, make decisions, and contribute in different ways. When those differences are understood and leveraged, teams become more effective, collaborative, and aligned.

In this interactive workshop, participants gain deeper insight into communication styles, natural strengths, decision-making processes, and team dynamics through the lens of Human Design. Together, we'll explore how each person is uniquely designed to contribute and how understanding those differences can reduce friction, improve collaboration, and strengthen leadership at every level.

6-Month Leadership Development Experience

Leadership transformation doesn't happen in a single workshop. Sustainable growth requires awareness, practice, and integration over time.

The Lead Aligned Leadership Transformation Pathway provides leaders and teams with a comprehensive Human Design-based leadership development experience. Through self-paced learning, guided reflection, practical application, and ongoing coaching, participants learn to lead from their natural strengths while improving communication, decision-making, and team effectiveness.

This six-month experience includes:
