Human Design Is the Leadership Operating System Most Leaders Are Missing

Most leadership advice says this about decision-making:
Get more opinions.
Analyze every option.
Weigh out the pros and cons.
Sleep on it.
However, for many leaders, this actually makes decisions worse.
Human Design reveals something most leadership models ignore:
Not everyone is designed to make decisions the same way.
Your body already has a built-in decision-making system. Human Design simply shows you how it works.
When leaders align with it, decisions become faster, cleaner, and far more trustworthy.
Leadership Isn’t Just Strategy. It’s Energy.

My Own Example: Splenic Authority
I have Splenic Authority, which means my decisions come through instantaneous intuition.
It’s a quiet internal signal.
A knowing in the body.
And it happens in the moment.
For years I thought I should follow the traditional advice:
Wait.
Analyze.
Sleep on it.
However, that process actually pulled me away from clarity.
Splenic awareness is immediate. Once the moment passes, the signal fades and the mind starts creating doubt.
The Part No One Talks About: Other People’s Energy
Another important layer is energetic influence.
If I am surrounded by a lot of strong personalities, urgency, or emotional pressure, my intuitive signal can become distorted.
I might feel clear in the moment, however, if I stay in that environment too long the noise starts creeping in.
What I discovered is simple and powerful:
When I feel a clear intuitive hit, I trust it.
And if I am in a high-energy environment, I step away briefly to get quiet before finalizing that decision.
Once I am alone, clarity returns almost instantly.
This one shift has dramatically improved the accuracy of my leadership decisions.
